after watching the awesome christy tomlinson tutorials (wasn't she wonderful in TLC's craft wars) AND finally got me some christy tomlinson SHE ART stuff, i made this spread for a journal page swap.  such fun experimenting with new tools & techniques!   blest be  ;)

SB post card swap @ the paper dragon.  since i am, my life is, an enigma, figured i'd use a puzzle piece as the base and collage from there.  started with an abstract copy of a photo of myself, the glasses are a stamp from donna downey (i've had glasses since the 3rd grade and my first pair was a blue cats eye pair, and now, the more loud they are the better...love the glasses of garcia on criminal minds :)))) and the paper is graphic 45...and of course, all sewn together.  we were to also include a quirky trait about ourselves and being "easily distracted" popped yo ty mind!     blest be   ;)

found these festive, vintage style, summer papers from grahpic 45 at my local tuesday morning, $3 for a 50 pack!  SO, this booklet, on the boardwalk, emerged with a little finagling of cut & paste.  blest be  ;)

SB...TH style altered mouse trap msg clip

this was an exciting challenge....love love love doing something new to me & so different!  i used TH dabber, pool; paper stash, retro grunge; reinforcers; salvage stickers & rubber stamps.  my partner loves charms, her name is mary & she lives in MI...so these additions are a personal touch from her profile.  i've got several more to do to send .... their kinda addictive, but then again, so are all things TH!!!  blest be  :)
